1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CR AudioViz AI services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CR AudioViz AI, LLC ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Services

CR AudioViz AI provides AI-powered tools, applications, and services through craudiovizai.com and related platforms ("Services"). We offer free and paid subscription tiers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate and complete registration information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
Create spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or data
Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or access controls
Impersonate other individuals, companies, or entities
Violate any applicable law or regulation

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. AI-generated output is provided to you for your use, subject to these terms. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before use. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — always verify important information. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI output.

6. Credits & Subscriptions

Credits are consumed when you use AI features. Subscription credits reset monthly. Purchased credit packs do not expire. We reserve the right to modify credit costs with 30 days notice. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not consumed more than 10% of credits.

7. Intellectual Property

CR AudioViz AI, Javari AI, and all platform features are proprietary to CR AudioViz AI, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our Services without compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI OUTPUT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, OR OTHER LICENSED ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CR AUDIOVIZ AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida, or through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
