We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, use our services, or contact us:

• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), profile details
• Usage data: apps used, prompts submitted, generation history, credit consumption
• Payment information: processed exclusively by Stripe and PayPal — we never store card numbers
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, session tokens
• Communications: support requests, feedback, affiliate applications

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve CR AudioViz AI services and Javari AI
• Process payments and manage subscriptions and credit balances
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service announcements)
• Personalize your experience and improve AI output quality
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, Mistral) to process your prompts — governed by their privacy policies
• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for transaction processing
• Infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare) for hosting and storage
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process

Your prompts and AI-generated content are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. We store your conversation history to enable features like history recall and personalization. You can delete your conversation history at any time from your account settings. We do not use your prompts to train our own models.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures: AES-256-GCM encryption for stored credentials, HTTPS/TLS in transit, row-level security in our database, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU/UK users)

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than providing the service.

EU, EEA, UK and Swiss residents (GDPR/UK GDPR). Our lawful bases for processing are: performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), consent (marketing communications and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time), and legal obligation. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and the right to data portability. Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, it is transferred to processors under Standard Contractual Clauses. The data controller is CR AudioViz AI, LLC, Fort Myers, Florida, USA.

Other US states. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have substantially similar rights, and we honour them for all users regardless of residence rather than operating a two-tier standard.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@craudiovizai.com. We respond within 45 days (CCPA/CPRA) or one month (GDPR), and we will not charge you or degrade your service for asking. We verify identity before acting on a request so that nobody can use these rights to reach someone else’s data. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and do not sell your data to advertisers.

We use PostHog, a product-analytics service, to understand how the Services are used and to improve them. This includes pageviews, feature usage, and aggregated interaction data. We also use PostHog session replay to record on-screen interactions for debugging and usability purposes; text you type into form fields (including passwords and email addresses) is masked and not captured in these recordings. Analytics data is processed in the United States. You can limit tracking through your browser settings, and we honor "Do Not Track" and opt-out signals where technically feasible.

We rely on the following categories of trusted service providers, each bound by their own privacy and security obligations: cloud hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare R2), payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), email delivery (Resend), product analytics (PostHog), and AI model providers who process prompts to generate responses. We share only the minimum data necessary for each provider to perform its function.

If you provide a mobile number for our account-notification SMS programme, we use it solely to send you account, billing, security and operational messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your number is never sold, never rented, and never passed to an advertising network. Messages are delivered through our telecommunications provider (Twilio) acting as a processor on our instructions.

Opt-in is express and affirmative: you enter your number and confirm. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. We retain opt-in and opt-out records for as long as required to evidence consent, and delete the number itself on request or on account closure. Full programme terms are in section 12 of our Terms of Service.

Some links on our properties are affiliate links. If you buy through one, CR AudioViz AI may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We participate in the Awin, CJ, Impact and Rakuten affiliate networks, and in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. This disclosure is made in accordance with the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255).

Commission never affects what we recommend, how a product is ranked, or how an item in your collection is valued. Clicking an affiliate link passes a referral identifier to the merchant and may set a cookie on their domain governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We do not pass your name, email or account data to affiliate merchants.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we delete it promptly. If you believe we hold such information, contact us immediately at privacy@craudiovizai.com and we will act without requiring a formal request.

You must be 16 or older to provide a mobile number for our SMS notification programme, and 18 or older to hold a paid account or receive creator payouts. Certain properties carry an additional age requirement: Javari Spirits and any other alcohol-related property require you to be 21 or older, in line with US law. We do not knowingly market alcohol-related content to anyone under 21.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
